| Job Requirements: | Negotiate, seek out, and close real estate deals. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners. Evaluating properties and market data to assess investment profitability. Daily duties include:
- Outbound Calls - Underwriting/Analyzing Real Estate Deals - Presenting offers - Negotiating Real Estate deals - Converting/Closing warm leads |
| Qualifications: | - High School Diploma or greater.
- 1+ years of real estate experience is preferred. - 1+ years of sales experience is preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Excellent closing skills. - Self Motivator.
