| Job Requirements: | The dispositions manager will be fully responsible for resale of investment real estate by cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing buyer relationships.
- Analyze investment real estate projects. - Conduct cold, warm outreach phone calls. - Organize and hold introductory meetings both in-person and over-the-phone. - Negotiate investment pricing. - Close revenue on behalf of the company. |
| Qualifications: | - Bachelor's Degree preferred.
