Job Description: | The Customer Success Manager is a curious, coachable, and determined individual looking to begin a career in sales. Learning from both the marketing and acquisitions departments, the Customer Success Manager will work in tandem with acquisitions specialists to communicate with property owners and underwrite real estate investment assets to fulfill the Acquisitions Team's goals. The Customer Success Manager will learn all aspects of real estate investment, including marketing, acquisitions, dispositions, operations, and finance. |
Job Requirements: | - Communicate with property owners over the phone to discover pain points, and willingness to sell their property.
- Set appointments for senior acquisitions agents in order to facilitate completed transactions, and acquiring off-market real estate. - Work with leadership to design a sales funnel that will identify a track to success in acquiring your first real estate investment. |
Qualifications: | - High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 1+ years of real estate experience is preferred. - 1+ years of phone experience is preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Self Motivator. |
